Access Storage - Downtown Toronto

The storage environment is very clean and 100% under climate control storage. We store our stuffs there with peace of mind! What's more, Ferris, the store manager, is not only helpful, but very professional. We are glad to rent a storage in this downtown Toronto location!

My experience with this facility has been nothing but amazing. The place is bright, clean and secure. The staff and management are excellent to deal with and are very friendly. The call center is also very supportive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and I look forward to seeing you folks again in May.

We had a fantastic experience at this location! My husband purchased an abandoned storage locker and from the first phone call, the staff were so helpful. Ferris and Vinay are a true asset to your company! Vinay was so kind when we showed up 10 minutes before closing due to terrible traffic and he was very patient with us as we worked through a payment snafu. He never made us feel rushed and, as someone who works in customer service, I really appreciated his pleasant, helpful attitude.

I highly recommend Access Storage, downtown Woodfield location. As a charitable Foundation that hosts large events across Toronto, the Woodfield location provides a perfect option to store a variety of items in a safe and convenient space. The facility is neat and clean with easy access when we need to get what we need. Furthermore, the team provides exceptional customer service! What can’t be understated is the fact that Access Storage supports our local charities and communities in a meaningful way! Thank you!

What a horrendous experience! If I could give less than 1, perhaps a minus 100 stars I would although it would be unkind to do so however that is the closest description to the abuse I endured with their store manager. From store level horrible verbal abuse and disrespect and from their none existent management a desire to encourage a terrible customer service culture. Ssave yourself your hard earned money and go somewhere else!
