I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the storage facility, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Hamid, in particular, stood out for his exceptional kindness and resourcefulness. He went above and beyond to ensure that my storage needs were met efficiently and effectively. The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my belongings were in good hands. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need, and I especially commend Hamid for his outstanding customer service. Thank you for making my storage experience seamless and stress-free!

While visiting our storage unit, we stopped by the management office at the Don Mills location to ask about renting a second unit for several months due to a renovation we were planning. Hamid (General Manager) was very informative and gracious, and we were delighted to be offered the opportunity of securing the locker days earlier than the contract came into effect - and at a great promotional price. We also appreciated the packing tips he gave us. Thank you for your assistance Hamid - we look forward to running into you again!

Great facility with lots of supplies to purchase if needed, and their storage unit prices are quite reasonable compared to many others. What really puts this location above all others is the unmatched service from the manager Hamid H. Not only is his knowledge of service and product top tier, but he is genuinely kind, courteous, professional and solution based. If there’s an issue, he will find the right way to resolve it, and has you laughing along the way. All the other staff I’ve interacted with have consistently provided fantastic service, which I don’t doubt is a result of Hamid’s leadership. Protect this man at all costs! You should obviously rent your storage unit at this location….hurry up! What are you waiting for!?! :)

Excellent service, my storage unit door got jammed on a Sunday. The office was closed so I called the toll free number and got in touch with someone who sent the GM to come out to the unit to assist me. I was very thankful that Hamid made the trip in a timely manner and was able to fix the door to close it. Mind at peace knowing my belongings will be safe and secured.

Good location with reasonable prices. Facilities are bright and clean. Hamid the General Manager was very helpful and guided us to tour the facilities and explained everything in good details. Highly recommended.
