Overall very good. The manager Abu Zar and Sandeep have excellent customer care service, understanding my moving out situation and I am VERY GRATEFUL to them. However, I am sad that Access Storage increased their rate $70 BEFORE MY YEAR MARK, I felt that was too much of increase and so unfair, I had no other choice but to stay because i was not living in Canada at that moment otherwise i would have looked somewhere else.
Other than that it was a good stay.

Very helpful staff. Has 2 loading docks which is great. New mng got new trolleys and pump truck. It is a busy place at times as it shares a dock with a business which can be frustrating. Hopefully the new mng puts garbage bins back and keeps the place clean and in order.
