I had an outstanding experience at Access Storage, and it was all thanks to Pooja, the Assistant Manager.
From the very beginning, Pooja was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. Her customer service is truly exceptional — she genuinely cares and it shows.
Pooja goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled efficiently and fairly. Her calm demeanor, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills make a huge difference. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate in customer service today.

Pooja (the assistant manager at this location) was SO lovely when helping me out today. After reconsidering a purchase I had made minutes before, Pooja was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful to make sure that I left with the product/size that I wanted, and took the steps to ensure I was not overcharged. She provided exemplary customer service, and I feel very grateful that she was there today. I have had a storage locker at this location since 2019, and I have always been very satisfied with the experience. Even amidst staff shifts over the years, everyone has taken great care of me and my family when accessing my locker or purchasing packing supplies. Thank you Pooja for your help today! If you are looking for a positive storage solution, I can’t recommend this location enough.
