I had a great experience at Access Storage. Asst. Manager Pooja Verma was extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to give me a complete walk‑around of the storage space, explained all the details clearly, and patiently answered every question I had.
Her friendly attitude and willingness to clarify all my doubts made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well‑organized, but the service from Pooja truly stood out.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable storage and excellent customer support.

I had a wonderful experience, and Pooja at the front desk truly made it special. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, ensuring I understood all the details without any confusion. Her polite and professional demeanor made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who combines such great knowledge with such a welcoming attitude. Pooja is truly an asset to the team — highly recommend!
