Pooja (the assistant manager at this location) was SO lovely when helping me out today. After reconsidering a purchase I had made minutes before, Pooja was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful to make sure that I left with the product/size that I wanted, and took the steps to ensure I was not overcharged. She provided exemplary customer service, and I feel very grateful that she was there today. I have had a storage locker at this location since 2019, and I have always been very satisfied with the experience. Even amidst staff shifts over the years, everyone has taken great care of me and my family when accessing my locker or purchasing packing supplies. Thank you Pooja for your help today! If you are looking for a positive storage solution, I can’t recommend this location enough.

The manager pooja is doing a great job. She help my friend with her storage need and explain each and everything in detail and my friend is coming to india she is very happy and her stuff his safe and secure and access storage facility.
