From the moment I walked in, Natasha was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. I was going through a stressful time, needing storage urgently, and Natasha truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect solution for me. Her expertise and knowledge of the storage options were unmatched—she explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. This was my first time using the storage facility and I feel like I hit the jackpot with this location. Very clean, bright and safe. The store manager, Natasha, was wonderful to work with. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I may have had. I will definitely bring my business back here.

I rented a storage unit previously with Access Storage, Toronto Downtown at Woodfield Place was extremely pleased. That’s what brought me back to Access Storage. At the same time, I visited a competitor this time to check it out but decided to stick with Access Storage. The Access Storage, Toronto Danforth facility at Kelvin Avenue is professionally managed and maintained. The premises are well built and sound. They’re clean and brightly lit. It absolutely feels like your belongings are safe and, in fact, I’ve never had a problem. Natasha, Store Manager, was extremely helpful and went well beyond what would reasonably be expected to help me meet my needs and to move in trouble free. I highly recommend Access Storage and Natasha. I’m happy knowing my belongings are in her hands.

All I can is AMAZING!!! The team is great, the place is spotless and the security is very good so my husband and I are always comfortable with our space in the storage place. Natasha is the manager and she is super kind! She help us on the first and last day and everything is super appreciated! I recommend this place if you need to find an storage unit! Is walking distance from the bus and the go train which was a plus for us! Thanks to the amazing team!!!

The facility is incredibly clean, well-managed, easy to access. The team was very helpful in setting up my locker, explaining how the facility works. I would highly recommend this storage locker. I would not mind if they changed the end time to 11pm, but I managed just fine with 10pm nightly.
