I had a fantastic experience with Storage Mart, thanks to Omar. He was incredibly courteous and helpful in understanding and meeting my needs. My unit promotion was about to expire, and he quickly stepped in, offering multiple options and ultimately finding a solution that was both effective and practical. His professionalism, customer service, and problem-solving skills were outstanding. Omer is truly an asset to the organization, and I believe he deserves a promotion for the exceptional service he provides. Highly recommend!

Just checked in. Natasha at the front desk was extremely friendly, clear and helpful! They have a large, clean facility with great security cameras. Fair prices too with good promotions. (Also had a very smooth and friendly interaction when I initially booked my locker over the phone.) Very happy with the service so far
