first time using access storage. right from first call, chat bot assistant, store manager follow up, booking, choosing storage location/size and promotions, to rental agreement, I was truly impressed. The service, friendliness and seamless efficiency of the whole process was refreshing and easy. would highly recommend; especially with ferris at 1 woodfield rd, toronto and pratik at 2 kelvin, toronto!

Physical space is good, heated, clean. Helpful moving things like dollies available. Friendly staff. But poor service. I was sold on a unit by phone by saying it was right at the elevator on the side of the building that has a truck bay for easy loading, then when I showed up to take possession I was told that wasn't available and was offered a unit at least a 30 second walk from the elevator on the other side without truck bay. I switched to a slightly closer but still far unit on the right side of building with truck bay. then the next day when I showed up with movers, the elevator on that side was broken, resulting in a much longer walk. They also charged me for insurance even though I declined it on the original booking call, and refused to refund the insurance when I realized i was being charged for it because I never signed a form they require for that - but they never asked me to sign it when it was confirmed I declined the insurance, so I of course could not have as I didn't know about it.
Nothing that was the end of the world, but frustrating, poor business practices. Will be trying another storage facility next time.

Staff were extremely professional and courteous, always available to answer any questions I had, accommodating, going over to help me lock up my unit.

Wow! 10/10 Fantastic support from the staff here as always. Natasha was soooo sooo helpful, I was worrying about my equipment I had accidentally forgotten at the storage, outside, and it was began to rain. She helped me not only locate it, but she helped me cover it up so that the electrical parts didn’t get wet. I was just so grateful, and I appreciate so much the help.
10/10! The best team at this location, and I really hope management sees this and continues to reward the team for all their effort
