Access Storage - Downsview

We had the most wonderful experience at Access Storage! It is very clean and well organized. Amer helped to show us a few different storage options and was a delight to chat with while we got everything set up. Very easy process to sign up and move everything in. We could not have asked for better service! Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend. And make sure you talk to Amer when you go because it will definitely put a smile on your face!!

The service was very smooth from beginning to end , Nowshin explained everything in details and helped me choose the right size for my unit according to my need. She is exceptionally good at her job.

I had problems with my unit and moving. But, the assistant manager, Clive was able to not only solve my problem but was extremely understanding and resourceful. He made sure I left happy. Love this place.

I stored my things here for 2 years. Great service. Easy to deal with in every way. I had a late charge because of an error and they corrected it, helped remove a lock and replace it, helped me get in when I had forgotten my code all with professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend.
