Sometimes you meet people in business who remind you that professionalism and kindness can truly exist together. That’s exactly what I experienced at Access Storage – 205 Wichsteed Ave, East York.
Princess Gonzales (Store Manager) and Khalid Abdi (Assistant Manager) handled a challenging situation with respect, patience, and integrity. Communication was always clear and professional, expectations were explained properly, and everything was managed in a calm, fair, and solutions-focused manner.
What stood out most was their human approach—firm and consistent with standards, yet respectful and understanding throughout. That kind of leadership and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about how well this location is run.
The facility itself is clean, organized, and well managed, and the team clearly takes pride in maintaining a professional environment for all customers.
I’m genuinely grateful for how everything was handled, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility with strong management and excellent customer service.

Thank you for the accommodation at such short notice. As a walk in customer, I was bewildered by the fact that I got treated like royalty with offered deals and incentives of which plans would suit my needs. I wasn't even expecting that I would get those deals to choose from. Even as I was about to sign, every little to large details were explained therally in details until I understood the contracts conditions about its legal matters to be noted and understood at my end. As a Senior Citizen. I'm glad to know that ethical practice within the business plays major key role in their enterprise's success and employing staff on site at this location is such a treat for this Old Man's inquiries. A role model of an employee I might add which represents the company she works for. 😇😉🧓. Everything explained to such details up to the legal terms to be understood in full to its last entirety of the rental clause and laws customers must abide by. Thank you. 👼

I have used a few Access Storage locations. So far 205 wicksteed gave me the most satisfying experience- Friendly and efficient staff and manager. I like this Leaside location because it’s morden, clean and well lit. Two large elevators and even have a clean washroom for customers to use. It has 5 functional and easy to move trollies. Overall,
I am happy with their service but I believe you pay for what you get…
