Absolutely wonderful experience at this storage facility! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service. The manager, Princess, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient, helping me choose the perfect storage unit for my needs. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and secure, making it easy to trust that my belongings are in good hands. Princess truly made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of storage. Five stars all the way!

There are a lot of storage options out there, especially in the Leaside area. Believe me, I checked and did my research, and I have to say, without a doubt, the client service from both Bianca and Princess was absolutely outstanding and got my business. To top it off, the facility is great, clean, secure with competitive pricing, but I'll say it again, the client care is what did it for me. They were both attentive, friendly, thoughtful and professional. I would give more stars if I could.

This location at Wicksteed is the best one I’ve dealt with so far as they are very accommodating to our requests. The storage facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and very accessible. The woman staff the older lady, is absolutely hilarious. The elevator use has a bit of a learning curve. The downside of the company is that their office close early so you can’t move late during the day. The bright side is the staff is friendly, clean and good price
