We this storage facility for our organization and have two units to store baseball equipment, uniforms and apparel for our House League program. The facility is always clean, well maintained and easy to access.
The 24/7 access is incredibly convenient, especially during a busy baseball season when we often need equipment at different hours. The location is also very convenient with ample parking, making loading and unloading supplies quick and hassle-free.
The staff have been helpful and professional whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, it's been a reliable and stress-free storage solution for our organization, and we would highly recommend it.

Exceptional Service from Princess & Didi!
We recently used Access Storage and was blown away by the customer service. Both Princess and Didi at the Wynford location were knowledgeable, supportive, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free. They answered every question with patience and genuine care, making what can be an overwhelming process feel completely effortless.
It’s rare to find this level of service and these two are truly an asset to the team. Highly recommend!

Sometimes you meet people in business who remind you that professionalism and kindness can truly exist together. That’s exactly what I experienced at Access Storage – 205 Wichsteed Ave, East York.
Princess Gonzales (Store Manager) and Khalid Abdi (Assistant Manager) handled a challenging situation with respect, patience, and integrity. Communication was always clear and professional, expectations were explained properly, and everything was managed in a calm, fair, and solutions-focused manner.
What stood out most was their human approach—firm and consistent with standards, yet respectful and understanding throughout. That kind of leadership and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about how well this location is run.
The facility itself is clean, organized, and well managed, and the team clearly takes pride in maintaining a professional environment for all customers.
