I rented a storage unit last week at Access Storage and had a great experience. Regina, the manager, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain all the details clearly. She is super friendly and very helpful. :)
The storage facility is extremely clean and very convenient. There are dolly carts available right at the front, which makes moving items much easier for customers. I also really appreciate the 24-hour access. I can go anytime I want.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Access Storage at 3680 Victoria Park Avenue and highly recommend their services. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-lit, and secure, which gave me confidence that my belongings were always safe. Their security measures, including surveillance cameras and controlled access, are top-notch.
The store manager, Regina, deserves special mention—she is professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. From the moment I inquired about unit sizes to the day I moved in, they provided clear information with a map of the facility showing me the unit and the fastest way to get to the loading dock and helpful suggestions to ensure I chose the right unit for my needs.
I also appreciate the convenience of their access hours, making it easy to retrieve items whenever necessary. The variety of unit sizes and options, including climate-controlled units, is a big plus for anyone with specific storage requirements. Pricing is competitive, and the value for the level of service and security is outstanding.

Access is a great storage place! I’ve had such a great experience with this storage company. The team is always welcoming and ready to help with any questions The staffs are super nice, fantastic, polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Everything is clean, organized. The facility is well-maintained and feels very safe. I appreciate the excellent services of the customer service staff, and the staffs Regina and Gary of 3680 Victoria Park. I would definitely recommend them to others.

It's nerve-wracking trying to find a place to store my belongings but my concerns went away when I found Access Storage and spoke with store manager Regina who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All my questions were thoroughly answered with professionalism and kindness, reflecting the company's high standards. I feel confident about securing my property here and will refer any others looking for storage to Regina in particular and Access storage in general.
