PLUS
Always clean, well maintained, washrooms available , friendly staff,
Credit card payment only.
MINUS
I wish each unit was lit, each tanent has to supply their own lighting.
Month at ACCESS is 4 weeks, not calander and could put your budget wonky.
No breaks for charitable org.
we have move to another Access nearer to home with our eyes wide open.
Over all we were happy with the facility at the North York location.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Access Storage Scarborough branch. A special thank you to my advisor "Regina" for providing such professional, friendly, and helpful service throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and genuine these days. I truly appreciate all the support and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage services. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

I had a great experience at Access Storage. Regina, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand my needs and offered fantastic suggestions on how I could save money. She genuinely cared about finding the best solution for me rather than just making a sale. Highly recommend
