I've had the pleasure of working directly with Christina who has gone above and beyond my requests. Christina has been extremely responsive and helpful and taken the utmost care in my storage needs. Jiffy is fortunate to have her!

Over the years, I have never had a problem with Jiffy, including when I closed my unit. Something came up recently and I was at the office today where Diana helped me. She was wonderful! She is patient and really believes in customer service. She was very helpful in sorting out my difficulties. I have met her on other occasions and she has always been totally professional and calm and a real problem solver. Kudos to Diana!

She met me at the storage unit after closing hours and provided me with a storage unit to my exact specifications.
