I’m new the storage industry and was always curious how self-storage works. Clive the assistant manager at the location was a seasoned expert and communicator. He showed me around the entire facility while educating me in the best way I could have expected. I feel a lot more confident renting storage units thanks to him. I would definitely recommend Access Storage, they know what they’re doing.

This is my first time having to get a storage unit. I called around a few places and the quotes were so ridiculous and unprofessional reps. When I called Access storage, I was lucky to get a rep name Melissa or Marisa. When I tell you she was amazing... SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! She was so helpful. So thorough and made my experience with the storage unit so easy and pain free!!!
