This is my first time having to get a storage unit. I called around a few places and the quotes were so ridiculous and unprofessional reps. When I called Access storage, I was lucky to get a rep name Melissa or Marisa. When I tell you she was amazing... SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! She was so helpful. So thorough and made my experience with the storage unit so easy and pain free!!!

I have been on the storage for storing my apartment stuff , the storage is okk, but the staff is Brilliant . That indian guy Ravi was so nice with me and my friends and helped alot and continuously asked us if we are doing fine and offer free water while we were moving stuff.

Ive always used Access Storage. Was verry very happy to see her again. This is my second time being helped by Melissa, always patient so kind and welcoming, always willing to help.
