Came in today to get storage for I moved.. sales person I talk to name is Jason... He was the best!! He game me all the details of what was needed and I had a great feeling about everything... 5 star for sure

Had a very positive experience. I dealt with a few people but Vinay in particular helped with the set up. He was very helpful and friendly and gave useful tips and recommendations. The staff was friendly throughout my time at the storage facility. Would highly recommend others to use this location!

This place is so bad, the store staff told me I have to purchase a protection plan and it is mandatory, i contacted their call centre / head office they said it is not mandatory, you can sign a waiver to opt out of the protection plan. They just charge you for no reason and for their own interests. I have my own storage unit protection plan for much better protection than theirs.
