Access Storage - York Mills

We’ve been using this storage facility for about a year now and highly recommend it. The place is always clean and well-maintained whenever we visit, and we’ve never had any issues. Their customer service is top-notch—on a recent trip, we mistakenly didn’t secure our lock properly, and by Monday morning, the facility reached out to notify us and ensure we could fix it quickly. Their attention to detail and proactive communication really impressed us. If you’re looking for a reliable and secure storage unit, this is the one! I have checked out of the unit and it was a seamless smooth transition. 10/10 would recommend this facility.

The Access Team at 835 York Mills Road are an absolute pleasure to deal with! The facility is secure, clean, well lit and spacious. Moving in & out was seamless and the Team were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has storage requirements in North York!

I just got a storage unit at the York mills location it was such an easy straightforward process. I was greeted by Sonali at the front desk who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She was extremely helpful and kind and went through the sign up process, which was easy. She showed me my storage unit which was really clean and spacious. This location is located at a nice location and easy to get to. Would definitely continue using this storage facility. Thanks again Sonali!
