Great experience - they usually offer a "50% off the first 12 weeks "introductory rate. We rented their largest drive-up unit (10"X20" - I think), while we staged and moved out of our condo. The drive-up experience was very convenient, and I would recommend if you have a lot of furniture and boxes.
The staff onsite have been helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend - try to get the discounted rate!

I had a great experience with Access Storage's customer service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Assistant manager Sonali was very helpful throughout the process. They were very professional throughout the interaction, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer service. Highly recommend!

Amazing storage experience. The staff there are very kind, professional and helpful. I worked with Sonali. She is a very nice person. It was my first time using the storage service. She went through every detail with me and made the whole process very pleasing. I will definitely go there again next time I need storage services.

I rented a locker at one of the North York locations for approx. 2 years. During this time, I never had any issue accessing my locker and whenever I reached out to the staff, either in person or on the phone, they were always able to assist me. I was always treated in a very professional and respectful way. The place is very clean and well kept. I definitively recommend Access Storage for your storing needs.
