I had a great experience with Access Storage's customer service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Assistant manager Sonali was very helpful throughout the process. They were very professional throughout the interaction, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great experience - they usually offer a "50% off the first 12 weeks "introductory rate. We rented their largest drive-up unit (10"X20" - I think), while we staged and moved out of our condo. The drive-up experience was very convenient, and I would recommend if you have a lot of furniture and boxes.
The staff onsite have been helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend - try to get the discounted rate!

Great experience!
This was my first time renting storage space and I thought it was gonna be a complicated process but it turned out to be quite the opposite. From start to finish Sonali was extremely helpful, she gave me a very competitive price, showed me around the place and explained how everything works. She also alerted via email me when I forgot to lock my storage unit properly, which I really appreciated. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Sonali, you are a diamond💎Thank you so much!!!
