I thought the staff was so helpful throughout my experience. It was late and I was worried and scared but the staff guided me and even went over and above to make sure I was ok by showing up near the dock area because another car was parked there. This was very kind of him especially being my first time and i was alone. Everything was explained in full and very detailed! The unit was bigger then expected so now I can bring in more stuff!

Phenomenal service. Marcelle and Sonali are gems. Marcelle provided a thorough introduction to the facility and made us feel like family. The storage unit was immaculate and easy to access. I would highly recommend renting a space here!

I had a great experience with Access Storage's customer service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Assistant manager Sonali was very helpful throughout the process. They were very professional throughout the interaction, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer service. Highly recommend!

Amazing storage experience. The staff there are very kind, professional and helpful. I worked with Sonali. She is a very nice person. It was my first time using the storage service. She went through every detail with me and made the whole process very pleasing. I will definitely go there again next time I need storage services.
