Friendly, they were able to provide a great unit at a good price with an amazing 1 month starting price. We have a unique need and they are willing to work with us on a trial basis. I had an outstanding experience with Access Storage York Mills location! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are kept clean and access to the locker is secured. Marcelle in particular went out of her way to support all of my constantly changing storage needs from start to finish - she explained the options clearly and found me exactly what I needed, and when. I dealt originally with a salesperson over the phone who was super helpful in looking for size and location options before finalizing with Marcelle at this local Access Storage. My timeline was tight and inconvenient being that I could only go to the storage facility at night after the office hours had closed, but Marcelle made the instructions so easy for me and was patient walking through my questions as well as putting a lock right in my locker. The site is clean and convenient to use with a dolly and elevator easily available with drive up docks. I recommend this facility.
