I had a great experience at Access Storage thanks to the amazing service I received. Jasmine showed me several units of different sizes because I was confused which one to take. Me and friend were here to book the unit and she showed us with extreme patience. Jasmine answered every question, she is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and made sure we got the right storage unit for my situation. the only problem was calling to get information on pricing and availability prior to going to location. Too much personal information was requested and no information was given as I chose not to give so much information on just an inquiry. Making an appointment was easy. Once at location stellar customer service.
