We came to rent a storage and from the first second, Simran had so much patience answering all of our questions and provided explanation for evey detail.
She was very pleasant and friendly, she took us to see the storage, and clarified everything we didn't understood.
Definitely the best customer service!!!

I’m going to be away from Toronto for a while, so I looked into several storage companies. After comparing prices and locations, I decided to rent a unit from this company because it was affordable and conveniently located.
I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know anything about sizes or how it worked. When I nervously approached the front desk, Towkir welcomed me with a wonderful smile and said, “Let me show you the available units!” He kindly took me to see a couple of them, and one of them seemed just right, so I decided to go with that one.
He explained the contract details and pricing very clearly, and even though English is not my first language, I was able to understand everything easily. At the end, he even went outside with me to show how to unlock the gate and how to get to my unit.
I haven’t started using it yet, but thanks to his kind and professional assistance, I already feel very happy with my decision to choose this place.

Honestly, Towkir and his colleague have been some of the most accommodating and genuinely kind people I’ve dealt with. I’ve been storing my belongings with them for the past four months, and throughout that time, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond.
Every question I’ve had…no matter how small…has been met with patience, professionalism, and real care. They always recognize me when I come in, and even when I feel like I’m asking too much, they never make me feel like a burden. That level of attentiveness is rare.
What really stands out is their warmth. They take the time to check in and ask about my family, especially given everything happening back home, which speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. It’s not just customer service, it’s genuine human connection.
Their service is truly top-tier. Reliable, respectful, and consistently excellent. In a world where good service can feel like a bonus, they’ve made it the standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I only needed the storage locker for a short period of time and was able to take advantage of their special offer. The representatives I dealt with were friendly and helpful. They explained all details of accessing my storage locker, such as entering and exiting their secure facility, type of lock I would need, etc. They also made it very easy for me to cancel the unit when I was finished with it over the phone. It was perfect for my needs.
