They gave us a detailed tour of the facility and made sure we were comfortable with the space and arrangements. We came to rent a storage and from the first second, Simran had so much patience answering all of our questions and provided explanation for evey detail.
She was very pleasant and friendly, she took us to see the storage, and clarified everything we didn't understood.
Definitely the best customer service!!!
Her manager was also very nice and helpful as well.

I’m going to be away from Toronto for a while, so I looked into several storage companies. After comparing prices and locations, I decided to rent a unit from this company because it was affordable and conveniently located.
I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know anything about sizes or how it worked. When I nervously approached the front desk, Towkir welcomed me with a wonderful smile and said, “Let me show you the available units!” He kindly took me to see a couple of them, and one of them seemed just right, so I decided to go with that one.
He explained the contract details and pricing very clearly, and even though English is not my first language, I was able to understand everything easily. At the end, he even went outside with me to show how to unlock the gate and how to get to my unit.
I haven’t started using it yet, but thanks to his kind and professional assistance, I already feel very happy with my decision to choose this place.
