I’m going to be away from Toronto for a while, so I looked into several storage companies. After comparing prices and locations, I decided to rent a unit from this company because it was affordable and conveniently located.
I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know anything about sizes or how it worked. When I nervously approached the front desk, Towkir welcomed me with a wonderful smile and said, “Let me show you the available units!” He kindly took me to see a couple of them, and one of them seemed just right, so I decided to go with that one.
He explained the contract details and pricing very clearly, and even though English is not my first language, I was able to understand everything easily. At the end, he even went outside with me to show how to unlock the gate and how to get to my unit.
I haven’t started using it yet, but thanks to his kind and professional assistance, I already feel very happy with my decision to choose this place.

I recently visited Access Storage to confirm a unit, and Simran, the Assistant Manager, helped us through the entire process. She explained everything clearly, including the unit options and pricing calculations, and it was obvious that she really knows her work well. She was extremely helpful, respectful, and kind throughout the visit, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate her professionalism and friendly approach it made a big difference.

Visited the Doncaster location. Neat and easy to access. Would have been great if the access was 24*7. Loved how the employees interact. The girl at this location Simran was really helpful. Smiles a lotttt and great hospitality. Thank you for the promotions 👌🏽
