Had a great experience with the employee who handled my storage space. She went out of her way to ensure I got the same price as the person who transferred it over to me. Really great job and was very thorough as she gave instructions on accessing my storage space. Tia did a great job!

Prior to SmartStop I looked up a self storage with very different conditions. Additional to the first month charges there was a deposit, which exceeded the monthly charges. I understood that the first month would cost around $700. Smart Stop charged $220 for the first month which included insurance, a lock(1x pay) administrative fee( 1x pay) and $165 for the second month as well as the insurance that increases would be announced in a timely fashion. The space is clean, affordable and seemingly well managed. I would recommend this service.

Melisa was fantastic, she really went above and beyond. I was struggling with some issues finding a storage place. And Melisa took the time to get me set up. And right before closing too. She was professional and kind. She really knew how to make a stressful experience a bit less so. The facility is clean and well maintained. And the units are perfect and secure. Good layout too. Easy to load and unload. Highly recommend.
