Absolutely loved Dymon and I tell everyone about them. We used them for storage, receiving on-line orders, moving from our storage to our new home, purchased our moving supplies, and we even frequented their working spaces and boardroom. Their staff and services absolutely over-delivered, I would give them 6 stars if I could. Super dry, warm, and clean. Highly recommend.

I am totally blown away by this facility and it's staff. I used them for shredding, which i had no idea they did, but I was looking for a storage unit as well and, who knew. They handled the move from my garage into their beautiful indoor heated drive in storage facility. I didn't have to lift a finger. Seriously the best moving experience I've ever had. Tyler and his team were the best. Thanks guys.

The good and the bad. The good part is that the facility looks clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. For this it's 5 stars. The bad is that the actual storage area is an approximation of the area that you are paying. I took a measurement tape and the actual area was less than the area stated. The storage space is high but I cannot take advantage of the height. I would have to bring a ladder with me every time I visit the unit. Also, when the staff processed the refund, the amount was less than the amount paid. I cancelled the contract the same day I signed it, the actual rental period was supposed to the start in a week. Still, the system charged me one day. No where in contract I will find this. I paid even though my rental period didn't start. Be aware of the wording of the contract, the actual area available for rent and ask as many questions as possible. I reviewed the rating due to the fact that the company followed up and reinbursed the balance.

Anthony truly went above and beyond. He set up my mailbox, gave me a tour of the whole facility, and answered every question I had. Smith, the manager, was also friendly and helpful. If you want great service, check out this dymon storage location.
