I have been a Dymon customer in Etobicoke for 3 years – it has been a fantastic experience! My stuff is secure, safe from damage due to its climate & humidity control and having 24/7 access via a secure digital key is convenient. Their moving team was punctual picking up my stuff from our house, getting us settled into our locker quickly efficiently while taking care with our stuff. The facility is clean, well-lit and easy to access with the drive-in bays being an added bonus. If you care about your stuff and it holds any value whether it be monetary or sentimental, I recommend this facility!

We are very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff at Dymon. Especially Danielle, Sam and Kobe. We recently rented a 10 ft x 7 ft storage unit. It surprisingly holds more items than we anticipated, as the height of the unit enables many boxes to be stacked up. Dymon offers a great deal by providing a free move into the storage unit. Sam and Kobe are excellent movers.They are friendly, respectful, quick and professional. They ensured our furniture was shrink wrapped and protected. Dymon Etobicoke storage facilities are bright and clean, and well organized.We feel Dymon is good value for the money and that our valuable belongings are safely secure, in a climate controlled facility.

Milan was super friendly and insightful. Dymon should be over the moon proud to have an employee like him!
He helped me get the proper unit for my needs in a seamless stress free manor. He was super transparent and upfront about the process, fees, and benefits. I was worried this process was going to be hard, but Milan made it easier than I had imagined it could have been. I am super thankful for the service I received today and I highly recommend renting a storage unit from Milan at Dymon.

I had a wonderful experience with Patience Baah the Concierge Associate at 1460 the Queensway store. She took a great deal of time explaining the policy and process in renting a storage unit. She gladly answered all my questions and concerns. She took me to see the unit and explained the app I use on the off hours. She had a very approachable and kind disposition.
I would highly recommend to serve any of my friends thinking of renting a storage unit at this store location.
