I have been a Dymon customer in Etobicoke for 3 years – it has been a fantastic experience! My stuff is secure, safe from damage due to its climate & humidity control and having 24/7 access via a secure digital key is convenient. Their moving team was punctual picking up my stuff from our house, getting us settled into our locker quickly efficiently while taking care with our stuff. The facility is clean, well-lit and easy to access with the drive-in bays being an added bonus. If you care about your stuff and it holds any value whether it be monetary or sentimental, I recommend this facility!

If you need storage, Dymon should be the only place you ever go. Not only do they have the cleanest, brightest and most secure facilities anywhere, they even offer a free truck and free movers. The movers came to my apartment to get my stuff and they were so professional and friendly. I can’t say enough about how great all the staff at Dymon is. You seriously need to check out Dymon as I know you will be as impressed as I was.

This place is awesome. Super clean. You drive in so you're out of the rain, snow, etc. Easy access to your locker. Carts to use so you don't have to carry things to/from locker. "Lockers" have automatic rollup doors controlled by an app. Lockers are brand new and worked super smoothly. Only minor issue is sometimes I didn't have service in the middle of the building, and hadn't opened the app prior to going into the place. In that case I had to walk near stairwell, refresh the app, then go back to unlock my locker. If I opened the app earlier in the day or when I parked inside the main doors and refreshed there was no issue.
Great experience, and it was easy to get signed up with them and easy to cancel as well.

I have been dealing with Dymon for a few years. Their facility in Etobicoke is a clean, spacious, bright and amazingly clean.
Many options for storage and amazing deals. I dealt with Ochieng the other day and saved my clients some $$$ as well as myself. He made it a pleasant experience and a money saving one as well. Thank you!

I am impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. I want to say a big thank you to Patience Baah for her patience what a great name and personality to go with it. She gave me a tour of the storage units available to suit my liking and she told me about the Dymon Prime with allowed me to get 10% discount.
