Website was helpful. Contact with Mini's rep, very proffessional. Once my order was placed, delivery was on time and very efficiently set up as we needed by a proffessional delivery driver.

The compnay owner operator was great. However they don't communicate very well internally with employees. Each time we had a pick up or delivery of the pod there was issues, either with driver or the info that they had . Near the end one of the drivers got verbally abusive. The company owner sided with driver, sad but true. They also ran over my retaining wall and damaged it . Though they offered to pay. It is yet to be resolved. Id give a 2.5 out of 5 Owner is nice. That is the extent of the good. However, they seem unorganized and lack internal communication, very simple and poorly made PODs. But I guess it's the same everywhere My stuff had a serious and thick layer of dust across the front top. Which meant everything had to be cleaned before it came in... I would have been better off storing my stuff in my garage . Personally I wouldn't be using or recommending this company. But that's my own experience.

So I used the service to organize my home or condo unit before listing, I booked the 12 ft container. It was enough for my purpose. The driver was great in calling me he had arrived and I contacted the concierge to open the loading area door. He was perfect in placing the container in the area. He then arrived on time to pick up the container. He was patient and nice. I saw the truck leaving the container and picking up the container. It was a magical day for me. Thank you.
