I had a fantastic experience at Green Storage, primarily thanks to Mike. Back in October 2023, I needed to arrange for my belongings to be stored while I was out of the city. The verification process was challenging since I wasn’t there in person, but the team made it easy for me to verify my identity over email, which provided reassurance during a hectic time. Fast forward to 2024, when it was time to pick up my items. I had scheduled a FedEx driver to collect my boxes, but I was unaware that the boxes lacked labels, preventing the pickup. As soon as Mike realized this, he contacted me immediately to let me know about the issue and the potential for an additional charge of $200 CAD if I couldn’t retrieve my belongings that day. In a truly commendable act, Mike helped me create, print, and affix the necessary labels to the boxes, going far beyond the call of duty. His quick action and dedication to ensuring I felt supported made all the difference during this stressful situation. When I first started with green storage I had few issues which were resolved promptly. The owner is the sweetest most honorable men I ever met. Very easy to deal with and very proactive and reactive to make sure that you are a happy customer. His picture was taken on Saint Patrick day. He is fun and always bring a smile to his conversation with you. I love their automated 24 hour access system. The place is clean, well maintained and well climatized. I highly recommend them especially the downtown green storage.
