Welcome to Green Storage and our state of the art new Toronto location. Our new Toronto storage facility at 145 Eastern Avenue, is 150,000 square feet situated on 4 floors. Our 1086 storage units are climate controlled and individually alarmed and sprinklered. We offer 3 elevators and a drive in loading bay to make your storage experience as easy as possible. We are conveniently located on Eastern Ave just off the DVP.

This was my first time experience with Green Storage, and this location actually exceeded my expectations!
The office and the storage facility are conveniently located and the staff - Michael and Mike are absolutely amazing. They have been extremely helpful and supportive, providing appropriate guidance and recommendations. I really appreciate the customer service.
The unit is very well maintained, is spacious and even has shelving inside for more convenient storage.
Highly recommended for all your storage needs in downtown Toronto. That said, as I am aware, this chain has multiple locations across GTA.

Just got our storage thanks to Mike, David, and John. Mike was friendly and very accommodating. He gave great instructions for how to access my unit, where to park, and how to get in and out. He met me after his shift ended to help me check out and answer any last questions I had. The space is clean, the temperature was reasonable on a hot summer day. The only issue I had was loading elevator 2 had faulty buttons. I had to hold down the #4 the whole time otherwise it would not move. I got stuck in the elevator for several minutes until I figure this out. Good thing I'm a pro at escape rooms!
Update 9/12
The elevator button was never fixed and ended up completely broken for the 4th floor despite my earlier comments. Other customers I spoke to also found this issue. One of two exit gates is also broken and has been several weeks without repair. I am moving soon and don't want to have to use an elevator on the other side of the building.
Update 9/15
The elevator button is fixed although it was replaced with a different button altogether. One of the exit keypads still remains broken.
Update 10/27
The exit keypad was repaired sometime in the past few weeks. Mike is friendly and helpful as always!

Great experience getting my unit at Green Storage downtown today. I needed something short term to accommodate an upcoming renovation. Love that the office is open on Saturdays, so I was able to get checked in and setup. Mike was helping me and very thorough in walking through all the details, I was able to get setup very quickly and get going with moving my things! Thanks for the help!

both mike and michael were a great help and the storage facility is clean and well organized. it was my first time renting a locker and the process was really smooth and efficient. thank you mike for looking out for me! the staff here really go above and beyond. highly recommend!
