Melisa is THE BEST. Wow. Just the sweetest person ever. Her energy is amazing. So helpful and kind. I wish I could leave more than just 5 stars because she literally went above and beyond to help me with my storage unit and any questions I had. It’s the first time using a storage locker and she made it SO EASY. She greets you with a smile, and her customer service is TOP NOTCH. The facilities are clean, and easy to operate. Great experience especially with having experienced several other companies, it was quickly set up, Rahul was knowledgeable and to the point, covering everything u would possibly inquire with setting up a unit. Melisa is super friendly manager, always has a smile when u see her. Thanks for making our dreadful move a bit more relaxing. Highly recommend this facility, the prices for unit are much more reasonable than the local competition. My unit is now half of what I paid at my last facility, and pay is on the 1st of the month, rather than every 4 weeks, which I think is a shady gimmick for those companies to score about 4 /5 more payments per year from u! Highly recommended, just know that purchasing online reserves ur unit, but u will still need to see the office to sign the contract before being granted ur entry code for access to ur unit.

I upgraded my unit today and the process was seamless and fast. Melissa offered a superb customer service, she was very kind and friendly.
