ABYSMAL! 💩They often take more than 2 weeks to reply to a emails despite being marked as "Urgent" and multiple follow-ups. They have to be chased for everything because they will never get back to you with an answer or resolution, and even something as basic as changing and SKU on the warehouse management system can take months and still doesn't get done properly. After they *cough* 'lost' a bunch of our stock last year and we filed for reimbursement because the total was more than $3000 USD, they spent months fighting with us and finally agreed to pay $500. We refused and since then we have been chasing them for an update for over half a year. It's got to the point where we have pretty much stopped all sales in Canada shipping from this warehouse, we would actually rather pay all of the extra costs involved in shipping them from the US.

Lost all our stuff over a month ago and have only recovered a few items. They never call us, we always have to call them. They don't respond to claims. It's a devastating process and one that has cost us thousands. For everyone posting here, they have another Google account under 'Bolt Logistics' which has hundreds of glowing reviews. Please start posting there also as more people seem to use that. They are scamming people and getting away with it. Edit: They once again told us they had found our stuff but when our shipment arrived it was a few things and most of our furniture was completely destroyed. It's honestly farcical how bad this has gone. They are apparently taking steps to compensate now.

I briefly worked here and now tell everyone I know to avoid this company. They have no filing system and everything is just thrown into the back racks with 1 item having multiple places it's put. No labeling of items and most furniture is thrown on a rack aimlessly to be forgotten or shipped to the wrong client's home You'll have a better chance of throwing your stuff out then finding it in a landfill before these guys are able to return it

AVOID THIS COMPANY! There are hidden costs all over - recall fees, moving fees. There is NO upfront communication of these costs and you have to read terms & conditions very carefully. They are an exploitative service making a lot of money from hidden fees. One month's storage for one couch cost me over $275 (and the couch was $300 in the first place). Plus, they lost my couch due to a "system error", which delayed delivery by 2-weeks. I've complained several times and have received no compensation.

Absolutely unreliable. They've lost all my stuff (6 boxes) and have still not gotten back to me regarding my storage items and they schedule/ cancel appointments as they please. They've no consideration of the amount I've been paying and blame it on their rebranding. They must provide compensation for the continuous damage they've been doing.
