Self Stor Storage - North York

First time using a storage unit. I had an excellent experience with Self Stor at 150 Bermondsey/196 Bartley. We were renovating our 2 bedroom condo and had to temporarily move the furniture to storage. George was able to source a 16' x19' unit for us. Everything fit. This new wing is clean, well-lit, easy to access and there were always dollies available at the loading dock area. Our rep George is a true professional - I really enjoyed my interaction with him. Definitely recommend Self Stor!

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Have used Self Stor for years. This location was perfect for me and the easy drive in - drive out access was a bonus.

Received the best assistance with Selfstor , made and inquiry for a unit and within 5 minutes received a call from Saeed and came offer to the location got a nice discount and very helpful staff and within 20 minutes I was done , thank you so much once again Saeed for making the fast and easy .

The staff at this Self Storage location were so incredibly kind and compassionate when interacting with me, going above and beyond to help accommodate and reassure me through a difficult time. I will never forget how willing they were to help ease my worries. Ruth, George and Tammy were such a pleasure to interact with - if I was given the opportunity, leading or working with a team of these individuals would be such a pleasure knowing they truly care for their customers. The facilities themselves were very clean, well maintained and decently priced. I knew that my belongings were secured and effectively supervised. They were diligent when communicating with me concerning my unit - by calling, emailing and mailing letters. For these reasons, I will be returning to this specific location for any future storage needs.
