Self Stor Etobicoke is easily the most pleasant storage facility I have utilised over the years. I have been to various locations Access Storage, Storagemart and Public Storage. Self Stor manages to maintain competitve pricing while offering a far superior customer experience. The facility is well-lit, clean, with convenient access, plenty of strong large dollies for moving your items, and large elevators. The staff are friendly and professional, and they even have complimentary tea and coffee available. Hands down, the best storage experience!

I had an amazing experience at Self Stor, all thanks to Neraa. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the storage options available. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Moving and organizing storage can be overwhelming, but he made it so much easier. Neraa helped me choose the perfect locker size for my needs and made sure I understood all the details before finalizing anything. His customer service was top-tier — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
It’s rare to find someone who truly goes the extra mile, but Neraa definitely does. I highly recommend Self Stor to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility. If you get the chance to work with him, you’re in great hands
