Great experience with SelfStor. The office manager and staff were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions with ease. The facility and storage unit are modern, clean, and very easy to use. Pricing was very reasonable, and so far there have been no hidden fees or unexpected price increases. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Self Stor, all thanks to Neraa. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the storage options available. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Moving and organizing storage can be overwhelming, but he made it so much easier. Neraa helped me choose the perfect locker size for my needs and made sure I understood all the details before finalizing anything. His customer service was top-tier — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
