I recently rented a unit as I was moving from Durham Region to Toronto. Ruth, I believe, was the name of the staff that registered me and helped me obtain the unit. She was extremely pleasant, informative and timely. The entire move-in and move-out experience I cannot complain about. I always felt as if my things were safe in the unit and I felt safe puttering in and out as needed. Also, the promotional pricing literally could not be beat across the city. Thanks again guys! Units are very clean, halls are well lit. hours of operation are very good. office staff is FANTASTIC! Specifically Ruth - she is so knowledgeable and professional and friendly. She made my experience with Self Stor very enjoyable.
