The storage facility itself is nice. Good lighting, clean and safe. For this reason, I don't have to interact with staff and can access my unit confidently. However, be prepared for your bill to increase every 6 months because of 'market conditions' . We've had 3 increases in 16 months, 2 of which were in our first year. A fair business practice would be to let customers know that increases are at least 2x per year especially when ones unit goes from less than $150 to almost double in no time.

Today (Dec 1, 2024) ...I had an amazing experience of an excellent Customer Service by Bari. In the world of chatbot and AI...it was a great face to face display for delivering awesome service.
Bari patiently answered all my and other customers' questions, provided all the details with different options for me to choose from ...and absolutely no pressure. Bari conducted professionally and claiming with sudden rush of customer walking in and respectful telling them who were ahead of them to set their expectations.

I recently got a new storage area and I had an excellent experience thanks to Bari Ahmed. He was incredibly cooperative, very friendly, and highly professional throughout the process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place, especially because of the great service from people like him!

I recently used smart Stop storage at Don mills location several weeks ago, and i had a great experience. The facility was clean and secure, and the store Manager Bhagya provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and made the process seamless. Highly recommend!!
