I booked a storage unit here yesterday. The newly built building is clean and nice, the staff was friendly when I booked and I was satisfied with everything. Especially the height of the loading dock was a great idea for loading and unloading. Thank you Aysha for helping me with the booking. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained and showed me each unit I wanted. Thanks to her, I was able to choose the right storage!

The facility at 494 Gilbert Ave is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized. I felt confident storing my items here. The staff are fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and professional. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for secure and convenient storage in Toronto!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a unit at SmartStop and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted nicely by the team. The manager is great. He truly goes above and beyond for their customers. The whole team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the right unit size for my needs, patiently answering all of my questions, and explaining the policies and procedures. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, and they made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Beyond the exceptional customer service, the facility itself was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend SmartStop to anyone in need of storage solutions.
