My experience at this location has been positive. Kemlan, in particular, has gone above and beyond to assist me since the very first day I stored my stuff here. He even helped me switch to a different unit outside of his work hours. Throughout he’s been attentive to all my requests, following up promptly. The staff here are exceptionally kind, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained.

I reserve the storage unit online and come here to see the unit before fully going through the rental application. I thought that 5'x5' would be similar to a condo locker, but it's double the size. Kem helped me. He's very efficient with the process, letting me know that I'd need a cylinder lock that they also sell there. They have a dolly for anyone moving in or out, but I find that their dolly is heavy and hard to move, so I used my own dolly when moving in. This storage facility has only been open for 1 year. Very clean and modern. The price is unbeatable too. Around $46/mo with monthly insurance included. Kem also helped me reserve a unit next to the one that I rented incase I need more storage space cause renting two 5'x5' is so much cheaper than renting a 10'x10' unit. They don't have a lease, so just pay month by month and call 10 days before your move out date. The storage that I rented use one of those roll out garage door, so it does eat into the storage space a bit.

I visited this self-storage company recently and had a really good experience. Even though I didn’t end up renting a unit this time, the service was smooth from the beginning and everything was well organised. A special thanks to Kemlan, who was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made things very easy to understand. I’ll definitely consider coming back in the future when I need storage!

I had an excellent experience in getting a locker at the 494 Gilbert Street location on June 26th. Norlene made the process easy and covered everything. Excellent service!
