I just rented a unit at the newly built Smartstop self-storage location at 494 Gilbert Ave. I reserved a unit online. The next day I was contacted by the staff from the same location to suggest booking a tour before renting. Upon walking into the location, I was met by Norlene, who was very pleasant and professional. She spoke glowingly of the facility and their offerings. I was very impressed with the state of the art storage facility that was very clean and organized with amazing and unbeatable pricing for the rental units. The tour of the facility went well and wasn't rushed. Norlene showed me a few units of various sizes and explained the policies and features of the location along with each units pricing. Norlene was very transparent and made me feel comfortable with considering signing on to rent the unit without any pressure tactics presented. It was a great tour. I thought about the storage location and the very pleasant and patient staff. I rented the unit a few days later because it checked all my considerations, and the price for the unit I chose was unbeatable. Smartstop Self Storage at 494 Gilbert Ave in Toronto is a 5 star choice with a very pleasant and personable staff that allows you to feel comfortable upon entering the location. I Highly recommend this choice.

I booked a storage unit here yesterday. The newly built building is clean and nice, the staff was friendly when I booked and I was satisfied with everything. Especially the height of the loading dock was a great idea for loading and unloading. Thank you Aysha for helping me with the booking. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained and showed me each unit I wanted. Thanks to her, I was able to choose the right storage!
