Very friendly and cooperative staff. We were looking for an immediate access to storage units on a sunday afternoon and called them. Their store manager, Kem at Gilbert Branch offered to stay a little longer after his work hours and provided us an extraordinary customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I visited this self-storage company recently and had a really good experience. Even though I didn’t end up renting a unit this time, the service was smooth from the beginning and everything was well organised. A special thanks to Kemlan, who was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made things very easy to understand. I’ll definitely consider coming back in the future when I need storage!

Place is closed and the elevators aren't working even though it's not 10pm. They didn't adjust the time for DST. Wasted trip. On the other hand, the folks in the office are really helpful, especially Norlene who showed me several units before I settled on one.
