Walking into SmartStop felt like walking into a place full of positive energy! The smiles from Tia and James instantly made me feel welcomed like family. I honestly didn’t even want to leave because the conversation and customer service were that good. Tia is an incredible storyteller she had me completely entertained the whole time, and her personality lights up the entire place. And James very kind, professional, and welcoming. They both went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. If customer service had a gold standard, it would definitely be Tia and James at SmartStop!

Five star experience at Smart Stop Storage at 19 isander Drive. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access.
What really sets them apart is their staff.
A huge thank you to Tia for providing outstanding personalized service. She is helpful, patient and truly cares about her customers.
It's hard to find real, friendly service these days but Tia provides it in abundance. I always look forward to seeing her and I highly recommend renting here.

I had a great experience with SmartStop Self Storage. From the very first phone call, the representative I spoke with, Mehr was extremely helpful, efficient, and made everything easy to understand.
When I arrived at the location, Tia and James were both fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and seamless. It’s clear they care about customer service and making things stress-free.
