I’ve had a great experience with SmartStop Storage. The facility is brand new, very clean, and well maintained. I really like that the gates and storage unit doors are automatic, which makes moving things in and out much more convenient. The units are also air conditioned, so I never have to worry about my belongings during the hot summer months. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and they offered some really good deals when I signed up. I’ve never had any issues accessing the facility, and everything has worked smoothly every time I’ve visited. Overall, it’s a very convenient, modern, and well-run storage facility. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for storage.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Maryna was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Rasula was also very supportive and went out of the way to assist whenever needed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very convenient to use. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service😊

I recently used SmartStop Storage at 145 Wicksteed Avenue, East York and I have to say it was a great experience. Marina and the team there were extremely helpful and professional, making the whole process really smooth. Definitely recommend them!

The positive is it’s in a convenient location. We’ve had two units for 3 years. Industry standard, they all start jacking up the prices especially for the bigger units when the promotion is over. Yes, there’s mice problems especially during the winter months. Both units had mice droppings. I put moth balls to deter them from my units. My biggest pet peeves are with the gates, entrance access and elevators. The one gate from Vanderhoof has been out of service for over a month. We were told they are waiting for parts. The elevator close to Commercial drive stopped working last week. Previous to this, the entrance I normally use to get to my unit was broken for 3 weeks last year. There’s a lot of new storage facilities popping up in the neighbour hood. This will mean competition and perhaps better service and maintenance if you want to keep your existing customers. You may want to deal with the mice infestation problem.
