Despite experiencing a minor software outage during my visit to this self storage facility, the outstanding service provided by Marina at the reception truly made a difference. Despite the challenge, Marina remained composed and assisted everyone with patience and efficiency. Impressed by her professionalism, I returned the next day, where Artem went above and beyond to help us find a storage size that perfectly suited our needs and budget. Their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I highly recommend this facility for its exceptional service!

Renting online was very quick and easy. When I went to the facility, I was greeted by Marina, who helped finalized my rental and gave me an excellent tour of the building. The facility is very large and clean. This is an excellent place for all your storage needs!

Would give zero stars if it were possible. My rent has almost doubled in less than 2 years. Multiple times in the last few months the outer door to access the elevator to my unit has been out of order. Last time I tried to go, the gate wasn’t working and somehow the staff had no way to manually open it, and looked at me like a crazy person when I suggested they needed to find a way to open it as loading a car full of stuff to a unit at the far corner of the building though the front office was not a reasonable solution. And about 50% of the times I go, there are no trolleys/carts to help load/unload units. I can’t wait until I no longer need to use this place anymore.

My rent price has gone up 5% twice in the past year and in total the whole rent has increase 200% since 2021, in three years. Meanwhile, new customers who rent the same size unit as me are up to 100% cheaper. Very bad business practices.
