My experience at the Todd Baylis location was outstanding. Jazz is literally the best employee. Funny, fast, and fantastic. We had a wonderful chat while I was deciding which size unit to get. Someone give her a raise!!💖

I rented my first storage unit with Storage Mart, originally I booked a unit that would have been a tad too small. Jazz took the time to show us around and find us a unit that aligned better with our needs and price point. Jazz is an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. She's all about making sure you get what you need. All the 5 star reviews are 100% accurate!

Exceptional customer service provided by Jazz! I hope Storage Mart realizes what an asset she is. She's very friendly, informative and welcoming. Prices at this location are reasonable and the facility is clean. Storage meets expectations, but Jazz makes the difference.

Not bad, however, 1. It could be cleaner. Sweeping around the entrance to the elevators on the ground floor on a daily basis would be nice. 2. A trash can in that same area would be greatly appreciated. 3. The dollies could be cleaner. Perhaps management could have a couple of small brooms on the ground floor to clean up what other folks did not do would be helpful. Even if they have to be chained to the wall. When we brought some of our staff, which was clean, we had to put it on the "least" dirty dolly. Our unit is clean and so is our stuff, so we didn't think of bringing any cleaning supplies.... The rating is for the facility itself, not the staff. Jazz is very nice.

Storage Mart on Todd Baylis Blvd was a wonderful experience largely due to Jazz’s professionalism, courtesy, consideration, kindness and thoughtfulness. She truly enjoys helping and serving others and her hard work is reflective of that. Jazz was patient, showed us all of the available unit sizes and prices and let us gauge the square footage we needed. I highly recommend this location.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
10'x20'	Large (200 square feet) The size of a standard one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, trucks, trailers, large furniture items, mid size vehicles, miscellaneous items.
