I’m truly impressed with the service at Storage Mini Mart.
From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and well taken care of. The process was quick and easy, and the staff member who assisted me was professional and polite.
The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the hours are very convenient. You can tell they take pride in their service.

This was my very first time renting a storage unit, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I shopped around before choosing this place, and I have to say, the difference was night and day. So many of the other facilities I looked at felt sketchy with lots of pressure to sign a contract with confusing terms that seemed designed to trap you or overcharge you.
From the moment I contacted this facility, the experience was completely different. The owner and staff were so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything without pressure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in running a clean, safe, and well-organized operation.
The unit was great, access was easy, and I never once felt unsure about security or logistics. I honestly can’t thank them enough, highly recommend!

Great storage facility. I have used a few facilities in the city and this is the best. I have rented 4 units here over 8 years and always return to the same location 1776 O’connor. Thanks Ash for making this a great experience.

Had a great experience at StorageMart on 1776 O’Connor Drive. Harleen was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location for clean and secure storage with top-notch customer service!
