I had an excellent experience at StorageMart, all thanks to Daryl! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the options clearly, and made the entire process quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, and Daryl definitely goes above and beyond. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me even more confidence in choosing this location. Highly recommend – ask for Daryl if you want top-notch service!

I had a great experience thanks to Shanique at StorageMart. She was very kind, professional, and made everything go smoothly during my time there. She took the time to help with any questions I had and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear she cares about providing good customer service. I needed to move in after hours, which was relatively smooth considering the location was closed. Took me a while to find my unit, and a bit to find the carts and loading dock however it was fairly straightforward. Pass code worked as expected for all doors. Facility was clean and well maintained. All I would ask for next time is open washrooms (they were locked as it was after hours) and a map of the facility to be sent to new applicants so we know where to go and how to find our unit. All considered I am very happy with the experience, especially the flexibility to move in and access the units after hours.
