I had a wonderful experience at the storage unit, thanks to Stacy. She was incredibly kind and generous, going out of her way to ensure I had the perfect unit to suit my needs. Stacy made sure I had the right size and was very attentive to all my requirements. Her excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. I highly recommend this place!

Despite my arriving extremely late to sign the papers for my unit, Stacey stayed behind past 6 p.m. to help me and show me to my unit. She was very kind and professional. I’m so thankful for her outstanding customer service and truly believe she deserves a promotion or to be considered for a managerial role because she is just amazing! It’s like, there is a lack of communication and understanding and misinformation being given throughout my experience here. Charges keep changing and timelines keep changing after one deal has been made. I’m honestly annoyed. All the information should be given and stay the same upon getting a unit.
