I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Jasmine at Storage Mart at 221 Todd Bayliss Rd. on two separate occasions, and both times she has gone above and beyond to assist us—even outside of her scheduled working hours! Jasmine is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about her clients. Her dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed. I was looking for a place to store my vehicle for the time being due to the snow and Shanique was more than welcoming and took her time to show me my unit and also went above and beyond to accommodate to my situation! She made sure I was well taken care of during my visit. 10/10 service and I greatly appreciate her for her time.

I have used the storage before and Jazz has always been very helpful especially with the admin side of things. She basically holds your hand through the process. I was around while she was helping others and she gave the same courtesy to everyone. She needs to be replicated.
