I had an exceptional experience with Shanice at this location. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. She consistently followed up with updates, stayed proactive, and made sure all my needs were taken care of until I was completely satisfied. The level of service she provided felt truly high-end and professional, honestly, it was a luxury-level experience that exceeded my expectations. Prime Storage is a fantastic facility. I came in to inquire about a storage unit, and Najma was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to walk me around the facility, clearly explaining the different unit options and pricing. I initially told her I would be back, and when I returned, she remembered me and made the process of setting up my unit quick and easy. Najma truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and comfortable, answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Prime Storage to anyone looking for a safe, reliable storage solution with outstanding customer service.

Noman was amazing! He was very professional and helpful, ensuring we had all our concerns taken care of. I highly recommend this place. Vaultra storage units are easy to access both during and after office hours.
