i really liked the experience i had with this particular location of prime storage. the staff were helpful, polite, and very professional. i had so many questions as i was taking over an existing locker. they ladies were so incredibly nice getting me all setup and smiles every time i came by. thank you, your level of service is amazing.

Our experience at Prime Storage has been exceptional, and the main reason for that is Stefanny. When we first arrived, we weren’t entirely sure what we needed — we were deciding between different unit sizes and trying to figure out what would work best for our situation. From the very beginning, Stefanny took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She patiently walked us through all the options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. What really stood out was how genuine and attentive she was — it never felt rushed or transactional. At one point, we had a small concern about access and logistics, and Stefanny handled it immediately. She followed up, made sure everything was resolved, and even checked back with us later to confirm everything was running smoothly. That level of care is something you don’t see often. Stefanny consistently goes above and beyond. She is professional, friendly, and truly committed to providing the best possible experience. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the people she helps. Because of her, what could have been a stressful process turned into a smooth and positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Prime Storage, and honestly, a big part of that recommendation is thanks to Stefanny — she is simply the best.

The staff is AMAZING....incredibly helpful. Have rented two units here - one last summer and a short-term unit this month. Discounts offered for first month+referral discounts!! Tthe facility is uber clean, central and convenient. Late access to 10pm (NOT 2424hr). Shanel, Stefanny and Nuwan offer amazing customer service 🙏🏼 Thee BEST storage facility in town....I guarantee. I trust this business.

Our experience at Prime Storage has been absolutely outstanding, and a big part of that is thanks to Stefanny. We rent both an office space and a storage unit here, and she has made the entire experience smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Stefanny goes above and beyond in every interaction. She is always helpful, attentive, and incredibly professional. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with logistics, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly, she handles it all with a positive attitude and real care for the people she’s assisting and she never stops smiling. I had an exceptional experience with Shanice at this location. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. She consistently followed up with updates, stayed proactive, and made sure all my needs were taken care of until I was completely satisfied. The level of service she provided felt truly high-end and professional, honestly, it was a luxury-level experience that exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to receive that kind of dedication and care these days! I’m incredibly impressed and very grateful for her support!
