Honestly the best storage experience I've ever had in Toronto. The unit and hallways were very clean and organized, and having the giant loading dock inside is incredible! Iolanda and everyone else working there was great and helpful for a very frustrating moving day. Got to see the other area with office spaces and meeting rooms it was very impressive!
They also had recommended a moving company who was extremely helpful (sorry I forgot the name!) and had my stuff wrapped and packed up in no time.

Best storage by far. Great staff and location is very secure . New building looks great lobby feels like a hotel. The people that work here are very welcoming and treat everyone equally which was the most important thing for me. thank you guys !
Only missing is garbage bin, or garbage cans to throw out garbage but still 5 stars because everything else is above expectations.

Augusta was amazing at getting us all set up. The value vs. another storage place close by was huge. Vaultra was $20 cheaper for the 4-week period and same size unit. Full security and sophisticated building with all the amenities. Great value, great service, and so far very pleased to do business with Augusta and Vaultra as a whole.

Beautiful and so secure! No worries about weather for load out to the unit because of the drive in loading dock! Great helpful staff and so convenient. I am using this as temporary storage for building materials. So close to Lowes on Castlefield. Rented a uhaul at Vaultra. Easiest process! Thankful for this facility!!

I can't even express my gratitude to the wonderful staff and how quick and efficient they are. Not to mention how clean and secure this building is! They made my situation so much more comfortable and easy to deal with. Thank you so much Stacey, Michelle, and Iolanda for giving me peace of mind when I needed it the most! Definitely recommend!!!
