I had a great experience with this storage facility. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. The pricing was fair, and everything was explained clearly. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their items.

This is a good self-storage site. They are under the umbrella of Apple Storage (same policies, etc). Their prices are one of the best in Toronto (obviously parts of Toronto are more expensive than others).
The two staff members are courteous and very helpful.
Their contracts are every 28 days (a "period").
They have a promotion for first-time customers: 50% for the first 6 periods.
There are dollies and one pump truck for you to use.
There is no free WiFi. The facility is wheelchair accessible. There is one gender-neutral washroom but it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in their private parking lot.

I was thoroughly impressed with cleanliness and security of the place. Jada (sp?) was absolutely incredible at the front desk. Managing high stress situations with ease and offering excellent instructions and service. She deserves a raise. A pleasure to have help us. Will definitely recommend this place after having driven by who knows how many hundreds of times.

I can vouch for the fact that the customer service from the onsite staff is exceptional. Both Jairo and Lyon have been consistent, courteous and great at getting the answers that I need. Over the past several months Jairo in particular has been super. Customer service is important (real people!) and, as a long time client, I can easily say the current staff is the best it's ever been. I appreciate and enjoy working with them. The staff is the main positive feature for me at this storage location.

Great storage unit with clean and secure facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable self storage.
