Outstanding Service from Sheila Daniel at XYZ Storage! I can't say enough positive things about Sheila Daniel and the exceptional experience she provided at XYZ Storage. From the moment I walked in, Sheila greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease during what was otherwise a stressful moving process. Sheila went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit size for my needs, patiently walking me through different options and taking time to understand my specific situation. Her extensive knowledge of the facility and storage solutions saved me both money and hassle. She explained the contract terms clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I understood all the security features and access procedures. What really impressed me was her attention to detail and follow-up. Sheila remembered my name on subsequent visits and even called to remind me about my payment date when I mentioned I might be out of town. She made the entire process smooth, efficient, and actually pleasant—something I never expected from a storage facility experience. I had a truly great experience with Sheila at the storage facility. She was both adorable and very professional. She guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience as I was there with my children. Asma and Sheila are lovely lovely people who do their job so well; they are clear communicators, outline all the options and costs and do so professionally and with humour and charm which is no small feat! Absolutely outstanding service. This storage facility is always spotless, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. Phone access makes everything super convenient, and the parking is truly spacious. There’s always free coffee and a team that really goes above and beyond. Shila is a total rockstar — attentive, professional, and always on point. They make you feel welcomed and well taken care of every single time. Highly recommended 100%. More than five stars. A top-tier, hard-to-find service.

Paul was very sweet and helped me get to my locker with no issues! Very humble young man! Melissa made my locker transition very smooth and was also so sweet and patient! No wonder this location has such great reviews! These 2 make it very welcoming and warm! Highly recommend for their A+ service! Thank you both so much 🙏☺️
