I can't say enough positive things about Sheila Daniel and the exceptional experience she provided at XYZ Storage. From the moment I walked in, Sheila greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease during what was otherwise a stressful moving process.
Sheila went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit size for my needs, patiently walking me through different options and taking time to understand my specific situation. Her extensive knowledge of the facility and storage solutions saved me both money and hassle. She explained the contract terms clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I understood all the security features and access procedures.
What really impressed me was her attention to detail and follow-up. Sheila remembered my name on subsequent visits and even called to remind me about my payment date when I mentioned I might be out of town. The initial experience was fantastic. Facilities were organized and clean, and they have basically everything you need in case you forget something: boxes, lockers, tape, bubble wrap, and so on. The highlight, though, was the exceptional service. I had already called ahead of time with a question and was happy with the service, but the cherry on top was the exceptional service from Asma and her co-worker (a man with glasses), whose name I unfortunately forgot. We had an issue getting our exercise bike down two flight of stairs in our house and arrived much later than expected. Although it was close to 5PM on a Sunday, they let us proceed with moving our stuff in and were all the time courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!

So far the experience has been fabulous! Asma and Sheila are lovely lovely people who do their job so well; they are clear communicators, outline all the options and costs and do so professionally and with humour and charm which is no small feat! Highly recommend this facility , it is very convenient , super clean and accessible
