She guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience as I was there with my children. Absolutely outstanding service. This storage facility is always spotless, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. Phone access makes everything super convenient, and the parking is truly spacious. There’s always free coffee and a team that really goes above and beyond. Shila is a total rockstar — attentive, professional, and always on point. They make you feel welcomed and well taken care of every single time. Highly recommended 100%. More than five stars. A top-tier, hard-to-find service.

Paul was very sweet and helped me get to my locker with no issues! Very humble young man! Melissa made my locker transition very smooth and was also so sweet and patient! This new storage facility is exceptional in so many ways. The staff really works hard making sure your needs are taken care of. I have been dealing with Sheila and Asma and they bend over backwards to ensure a level a service rarely seen these days. Also, the place is always kept spotless and entering and exiting is so easy using their app. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the vicinity looking for a top notch place to store anything.
