I had a great experience with XYZ Storage. The facility is clean, well organized, and feels very secure. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Sheila and Asma were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Another great perk is that they offer free EV charging, which is a really thoughtful bonus and very convenient if you drive an electric vehicle.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to provide great service. I highly recommend XYZ Storage, especially because of the outstanding help from Sheila and Asma!

Absolutely outstanding service. This storage facility is always spotless, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. Phone access makes everything super convenient, and the parking is truly spacious. There’s always free coffee and a team that really goes above and beyond.
Shila is a total rockstar — attentive, professional, and always on point. They make you feel welcomed and well taken care of every single time.
Highly recommended 100%. More than five stars. A top-tier, hard-to-find service.

We have been customers at XYZ for several months and the experience has been astonishingly great! All the staff members are kind and more than helpful, even my children enjoy visiting XYZ! One time, when my children were getting bored from waiting for us, the staff, Asma, gave them highlighters and blank paper so they could draw and colour, which was very helpful and thoughtful of her. The storage facility is always very bright and clean, and there are an abundance of carts available for use. XYZ makes the rental process quick and simple. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.
