The new addition by XYZ Storage offers a drive-through facility for your convenience from the elements. The facility has over 1400 secure storage units on numerous floors. Storage units range in size from 12 sq feet to over 200 sq feet.

The facility is easily accessible to the entire Downtown core, one block north of Lakeshore Blvd and three blocks east of Broadview. The facility offers palette jacks and dollies for your convenience as well as a full retail store for all your moving and packing supplies. If a moving truck is a need, the facility also has its own rental truck.

My family friend Needed Two units of storage, a big one and a small one, on the 3rd floor. The staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The place is very clean and organized. Location is convenient and parking is free. Highly recommend.

The storage is clean, quiet and spacious. The price is reasonable and it is acceptable location. The only problem I had was the access hours. It closes at 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekend. (They say it is 24 hours accessible only when you request in advance for business client.)

I rented unit C2025 at XYZ Storage’s downtown location from August through now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating from day one, making the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful tips, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which really sets it apart from other storage places I’ve used in the past. Security is top-notch, so I always felt comfortable knowing my belongings were safe. Overall, this location is a gem, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable storage option downtown!
