The newly built, state of the art storage facility at 459 Eastern Avenue is your perfect downtown storage solution. The new addition by XYZ Storage offers a drive-through facility for your convenience from the elements. The facility has over 1400 secure storage units on numerous floors. Storage units range in size from 12 sq feet to over 200 sq feet.

The facility is easily accessible to the entire Downtown core, one block north of Lakeshore Blvd and three blocks east of Broadview. The facility offers palette jacks and dollies for your convenience as well as a full retail store for all your moving and packing supplies. If a moving truck is a need, the facility also has its own rental truck.

Had a great experience with this storage facility. The unit was super clean and very well maintained, and the prices were reasonable compared to other places I checked. Precious was the guy who helped me with both the move-in and move-out process, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable storage unit.

This review is for PRECIOUS! The day I walked in to I sign up for the storage till the day I vacated it, I found Precious to be very helpful, informative and patient throughout. While I waited for my turn, I observed Precious looking after 2 people ahead of me, while he was the only one available at the counter, with a smile, perfect mannerism, excellent etiquettes and was pleasant with everyone there. It’s how the employees treat customers with such care and no matter how difficult anyone is being, still being polite and kind is what Precious demonstrates. So grateful for all his guidance and support. I truly wish him the best in life! He’s a keeper!!!

Clean and secure but you need special access after 7pm which is ridiculous. You have to submit a request few hours ahead of time to get your request approved otherwise you don’t have access to your belongings. Kinda ridiculous for a 24/7 storage space. I wish there’s an automated approval system that cuts off the approval time

Super clean, affordable, easy to access, and such great customer service! We’ve been so happy with our unit here. We recently upgraded to a larger unit and the process was so smooth - mainly because Candice and Precious were so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.
