I cannot say enough great things the team at XYZ Storage. These ladies are truly a fun loving, and a joy. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure my storage needs were handled smoothly and with genuine care.
I recently needed to transfer to a different unit, and the process was completely seamless. The staff handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with so much understanding of my situation. They took the time to ensure everything was managed delicately, which made a stressful situation so much easier for me.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Kayla. On my very first visit, I misplaced my phone, and she went out of her way to help me locate it. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me.
What really stands out about this location is how well the team works together. These ladies truly know what they're doing. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. You can tell they communicate well and genuinely care about making each customer's experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Thank you to Kayla and the entire team for your outstanding service. I highly recommend XYZ Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility with a team that truly goes above and beyond!

Just signed up for a storage unit at the Weston location and had a great experience. Lela was incredibly helpful—friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire setup process and made everything easy to understand.
The rest of the staff were also very welcoming. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and the ground-floor indoor drive-up units make loading and unloading super convenient. I also really appreciate the digital keypad and app entry—it feels modern and very secure.
Highly recommend!

This was my very first time renting a storage unit, and I was honestly a bit nervous about the whole process. The person helping me, I believe her name was Kayla was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to explain all the details clearly and even walked me to my unit to make sure I knew exactly where to go. As someone who can get a bit anxious in new situations, I really appreciated how easy and stress-free she made everything. Great experience overall. I apologize if I remembered the name wrong.

Just signed for a unit here and had a great experience. Kayla was wonderful and so helpful. I had a lot of questions and was not sure what type of unit I needed, but she showed me all the different options in-person, broke down everything for me very clearly, and really went above and beyond so I could pick the right one. The facility also looks nice and clean compared to other storage facilities I've seen in the city. Great experience so far!

Lela was a big help in coordinating a parking space for our moving van for just a few nights. We are here for our daughter's grad, and were looking forward to secure parking before we had to drive back across the country. Quick, easy, good price. All smiles.
