I cannot say enough great things the team at XYZ Storage. These ladies are truly a fun loving, and a joy. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure my storage needs were handled smoothly and with genuine care.
I recently needed to transfer to a different unit, and the process was completely seamless. The staff handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with so much understanding of my situation. They took the time to ensure everything was managed delicately, which made a stressful situation so much easier for me.
I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Kayla. On my very first visit, I misplaced my phone, and she went out of her way to help me locate it. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me.
What really stands out about this location is how well the team works together. These ladies truly know what they're doing. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. You can tell they communicate well and genuinely care about making each customer's experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Just signed up for a storage unit at the Weston location and had a great experience. Lela was incredibly helpful—friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire setup process and made everything easy to understand.
The rest of the staff were also very welcoming. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and the ground-floor indoor drive-up units make loading and unloading super convenient. I also really appreciate the digital keypad and app entry—it feels modern and very secure.
Highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience with XYZ Locker Storage!
From the very first call, the team was kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. Then, because of heavy traffic, I ended up being quite late for my first visit. Though their manager Lela was incredibly sweet, calm, and understanding and waited for me, didn’t rush me at all, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable!
Thank you so much, Lela, for your kindness and your beautiful energy. Wishing you a year ahead filled with a complete joy and only wonderful moments!

Super clean and well-run storage facility, with good pricing. The indoor drive-through is an awesome feature, and makes it so convenient. Front office staff is friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. I had fantastic experiences dealing with Lela and Kayla in securing and setting up my new locker there. Highly recommend this XYZ location!

Lela was a big help in coordinating a parking space for our moving van for just a few nights. We are here for our daughter's grad, and were looking forward to secure parking before we had to drive back across the country. Quick, easy, good price. All smiles.
